- Lookout for tread wear bars:-Tyre manufacturers put special indicators into the tyre structure which can help identify the need of the new tyres seeing that you can easily know it’s time to buy new Specially designed bars made up of hard rubber which are visible on wearing of treads are such indicators.
- Check the centre of the car tyre:-Often people overinflate their car tyres which leads to wearing of treads at the centre. Also, driving on the rough roads or terrains causes wearing of treads on sides of tyres.
- Measuring tyre depth gauge:- As per the rule the car tyres should have at least a minimum tread size between 1.6mm to 2mm. You can measure the depth of thread by a gauge both inside and outside.
